Kazakhstan says RCC Group plans to invest U.S. $408 mln
ALMATY, Jul 4 (PRIME) -- Aktyubinsk Copper Company, part of Russian Copper Company (RCC), plans to implement four projects worth 190 billion tenge (U.S. $408 million) in Kazakhstan, the Kazakh government said on Monday, when Kazakh Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov, on a working visit to Yekaterinburg, discussed with RCC President Vsevolod Levin implementation of new projects in the mining and metallurgical industry.
“Aktyubinsk Copper Company plans to implement four underground mine construction projects worth about 190 billion tenge by 2024,” the government said in a statement.
Levin also said his company plans to implement projects at the copper deposits Koksai and Aidarly.
